Inspired by her imagination and skill, and by now an INIS MEÁIN signature knitwear design, the Máirtín Beag Galánta is an elegant and understated Aran sweater with a gorgeous soft handle. Galánta is used to describe an understated yet confident sense of style, similar to the Italian sprezzatura. Featuring intricate cables and a high neck finished with three horn buttons, the button loops are in contrasting racing green for this season, creating stylish yet simple closures. Crafted with super-premium Cashmere and Merino yarn from Italian heritage producer, Filati Biagioli Modesto, made to the highest European environmental standards using only organic dyes.
INIS MEÁIN is one of the three Aran Islands 30 miles off the coast of Ireland. Drawing inspiration from the island, the unique pieces of knitwear are produced with the finest yarns and are finished by hand. Quantities are extremely limited.
